Skip Counting By Fives

To help children learn how to skip count by fives, let them put 5 buttons on cards and then count: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 - etc.

Papa Please Get the Moon for Me Eric Carle Art Project

This art project is based on Eric Carle's book, "Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me". Children use paint to draw the blue sky and then attach a large moon at the top. Then a ladder to the moon is created by gluing on toothpicks.
