Fold a colored rectangle sheet of paper in half, making a long, thin rectangle.
Or use a white sheet of paper and let the children decorate with crayons or makers.
Make 12-15 cuts along the fold line. (Don't cut all the way to the edge of the paper.) Unfold the paper. Staple or glue the short edges together. Use a strip of paper (6" x 1/2") for the handle and glue or staple on. Can be decorated with stickers.
